The Opportunity

Jamaica Black Life is more than a radio station; it is a global frequency connecting Jamaica to the world. We are looking for elite, high-energy Global Impact Specialists to manage our "Elite 30" advertising inventory. You will be responsible for connecting brands in the USA, UK, Jamaica, Canada, Africa, and Japan to our culturally locked-in audience of over 21,000+ tastemakers.

What You Will Do

  • Identify & Curate: Use digital mastery (IG, TikTok, Facebook) to scout brands that align with the JBLR aesthetic.
  • Strategic Growth: Pitch our three core packages—The Local Rhythm, The Global Vibration, and The Champagne Legacy—to business owners ready for international expansion.
  • Network Expansion: Build relationships in key hubs like Los Angeles, London, Canada, Africa, and Jamaica to strengthen our global web of partners.

Requirements

  • Sales Excellence: Proven track record in high-ticket social selling (luxury goods, real estate, or premium digital services).
  • Cultural Intelligence: A deep understanding of the Jamaican Diaspora and the global market landscape.
  • Independence: A self-starter who thrives in a results-oriented, 100% commission environment.
  • Digital Native: Expert at navigating social platforms to find and engage decision-makers.

Compensation: Performance-Based (Commission Only)

  • High-Reward Structure: This is a 100% commission role for elite sales professionals. We provide the platform and a 21k+ global audience; you provide the results.
  • Uncapped Earning Potential: Top performers earn $2,500 – $4,500+ USD per month.
  • Tiered Payouts: Earn 20% ($500 per close) on our flagship Champagne Legacy tier.
  • Pay Date: The 5th of every month via PayPal (covering all cleared sales from the previous month).
